receive a friendly upgrade from a standard to the penthouse room without any charges. so that was great.but during the day or still in the night, no water for take shower or something like that! (can t understand)

房间很有特色，服务也不错，我第二天要很早就退房，而他们8点才上班，虽然语言不通，但是最后还是明白了老板的意思，就是叫我把钥匙放房间就好。只是位置在查文有点吵，在街边上感觉有点不安全。

Nice Hotel, clean, good location.Friendly and efficiant staff.Only problem - the stairs to the top are very big.

Well, Guest House Akwa has a very good atmosphere and very polyte staff. I love they all. I would regommed Akwa to anyone.

The only place (out of 6 reservations I made) I was disapointed. The only good thing was the D.V.D and movies. The room wasn t so funky and nice as it looks like in pictures, there was a really bad smell in the room and in the hall. I think that at this price I could find better places.

This cosy hotel really impressed me! You feel like home here. Rooms are designed and decorated in a very creative way. Personnel is so friendly and helpful that makes you feel like a very special guest.Highly recommend.

Unique decor. Very refreshing. Amazing attention to detail. Friendly people around. Fantastic location. To sum it up, it was was a memorable experience and we should be back soon.
| Smooth. No glitches at all. In fact I managed to get one extra day of accomodation at the last minute.

Akwa Guesthouse have room not so big, looked nice in this price(1000 b.). Not on the beach but easy going to the beach. All is ok but the employees not good in Eng. The manager, Jim (if i m not wrong) working on his mood. Someday very kind but in the otherday act same got big problems in his life. Room s ok but persons ..........

This was my second stay at Akwa.room was perfect(The Penthouse)staff were good as also was the food.It is great place to stay,what more can i say...
