Great hotel, esp. its location:live in the jungle(different feeling), restaurant with nice view, small beach for swimming and snokerling. Food is above average. The stuff is nice, and service is very good. The only concern I have is that the facility is relatively old, wood floor in room need to be maintained.

Fantastic hotel in fantastic place. You feel youself as part of nature. Sunset villa with 2 bedrooms was the best. Frendly and helpful staff.

We were very disappointed with this resort. They advertise as high end but were nowhere near that description. They also advertise themselves as rustic , read tired and old in need of major renovation . The 3 minute walk to the beach is down a cliff so if you are older or unfit then forget it. The food was very average. There were not enough sun lounges at the beach and unbelievably there were only 3 beach umbrellas. When I asked for one they told me the remaining umbrella was broken. I found the staff, with a few exceptions, to be lazy and rude. I have travelled in Thailand on many occasions and this is without a doubt the most terrible experience I have had. I would not recommend it. If for some reason you do however go make sure you take some waterproof shoes with you as the beach is coral and the sand very shelly and hard on your feet, and painful to walk on. The snorkels and masks provided by the resort are again old and some of the valves leak, they don t loan water proof shoes but sell them for 890 baht. For those of you who like to watch tv or a dvd there is no tv or dvd, and you have to pay for internet usage, no wifi. The positives are it is a 10 minute somewhat hilly walk to the town. The beach is private and there are some villas right on the beach.

The all photos presented on “Sawadee.com” is true. The staff is very friendly and good educated. We have got the bonus meal coupon for the 400 THB each for the dinner that was perfect too. The room cost is high for the low season but the quality is on the good level. On my opinion the hotel is not very good for the small child because there is no water pool and beach is in the coral sand what is dangerous. It is the very good hotel.

Everything was so good that I cant complain: the room, the food and the staff. We especially like the food there. They have the best breakfast I had on Koh Samui and Koh Tao. Their restaurant is the best with fantastic views and thai dish (the best Thai dish i had on Koh Samui and Koh Tao, not too sweet like others). We enjoyed very much having dinner in their restaurant.

WE took the special offer of say 5 nights pay for four. We got and upgrade to a very nice room, but there are some negatives.. dark room, no TV and only a dvd that plays bird music which drove me insane, so I biught some DVD s in town and there are an enornous amount of stairs to climb to get around between the beach and breakfast area and the room and reception. You have to be fit to stay here. The beach is amazing, probably the best in thailand, and has lots of fish and snorkling opportunity. There is no pool here , which is a bit disappointing for the price you pay here. Breakfast is very good and served in a fantastic area with a lovely view of the bay.Can recommend persons to stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at Charm Churee! Stayed in a sunset villa right on the water. Could hear the water splashing on the rocks at night and watched the most beautiful sunsets from our verandah each evening. Found the resort very convenient as could walk to the township in less than ten mins and felt quite safe at all hours of the day. Loved snorkelling on the little resort beach among the coral - even saw a turtle close in on our last day. Breakfast overlooking the sea was also stunning. Will definitely be returning.
| Sawadee very professional and helpful. Better deal booking through sawadee than we would have got booking through the resort directly. Couldn t have been happier.
