- How can I be sure that my personal data are secured from the public?
We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal details secured. Your personal data will remain confidential and will never be given to a third party. The secure booking form and the credit card information form both use Thawte Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your personal data remain secure. This process takes the information that you enter and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet. This secured data cannot be hacked while it travels on the Internet from your browser to our secure server.
- How long does it take to confirm my booking?
Normally a booking request will be confirmed within 24-48 hours depends on the selected hotel and location.
- When will my credit card be charged for the booking?
Your credit card will be charged once your booking is confirmed with the hotel and your booking confirmation voucher has been issued and send to you.
- Can I book directly with the hotel?
No. The rates displayed on Koh Tao Thailand website are only available through us. Hotel rates are often 60-75% more expensive. Our agents are also trained to help you reselect hotels and assist you with problems that hotel staff are not trained to do.
